Intestinal issue

I have a condition where my intestines hold liquid and does not release it. I may have a loose BM and there is still lots of liquid in me so I feel very toxic. I may do an enema to try to get the liquid out but the enema solution will come out but there is still a pint to a quart still left inside. Anyone have this issue or have any insights?
