SO i've done some research and bought some 14 gauge 99.99% purity silver wires and some aligator clips. I'm off to buy 4 9V batteries today for a total of 36V and some distilled water.

Now I am wondering in a large glass of water with about 36V batteries how much brewing time would it take????

Also I assume I would have to snap the batteries toghether like this:
