I thought it could be dehydration. but it doesn't make sense that it's been lasting this long.
funny thing is that i lost my thirst too. i can go a whole day without drinking water and i don't feel thirsty). so i've been forcing myself to drink water, sometimes with salt.
it doesn't help very much.
