Ever hear of Chronogesic for pain?

I was looking at my visit summary from my naturopathic doctor who I see to help with my severe Crohn's. I noticed this at the bottom "inflamyar for GI inflammation chronogesic for pain Parazomin for GI microbes Usnea"

I'm looking this stuff up and I'm wondering if anyone has heard of, or has experience with this Chronogesic?

The description for it is: An opioid analgesic that is used as an adjunct in anesthesia, in balanced anesthesia, and as a primary anesthetic agent. [PubChem]
