hair test vs urine challenge test for metal toxicity

Hello,
My doctor would like to do a challenge urine test (6 hour) on me. I've read so much conflicting information about metal testing. Some say the challenge test is the most accurate way to go. Others like Cutler say Hair testing is the way to go. Anyone have any experience with this? Tweet
