PMS that lasts forever
Hi,
I've always had the worst cramps when I start my period but never any pms. Over the past year or so I've been having the wost pms that lasts forever, at least two weeks of the cycle. Sometimes it just continues and my periods ends up not starting for another month or longer.
I think I've fixed everything not and have figured out how to handle it for anyone who is looking for solutions. For pms, keeping
Iodine levels up through iodized and pacific
Sea Salt s (iodoral and
Iodine supplements make me feel worse, idk why). Also, keeping folate levels up through leafy green soups and calcium folinate supplement help(I recently red about folate being beneficial for menopausal women and for memory later in life). For actual period pain(I normally throw up and have diarrhea the first day--sorry for the graphics)I cut out grains and dairy from the diet. I knew before that cutting out carbs a week prior to the start of period kept me from getting cramps but I realized now that it is not carbs in general but from grains (legumes are okay). Hope this helps!
ps-I also notice that when I eat dark chocolate it can give me major pms later on
