Master cleanse UK measurements for a gallon

Hi everyone , I am an American living in the Uk and I have done The Master Cleanse many times over the years with great results..I am starting soon and really need the correct measurements of mixing a gallon at a time as the UK and the US have different measurements...my brain is in overload from trying to figure it out ...please HELP !!!
