Sorry for not updating. Im convinced that colostrum is doing nothing in helping my ec and as it's expensive i would not recommend buying it. Instead i have been using this cream called daktarin which contains 2% miconazole nitrate. It has recovered the healed skin i lost when i quit Antibiotics . Now that i have went back on Antibiotics , the two together are making huge progress.
