How to cure/reverse Pulmonary Fibrosis?

Does anyone here know or know a story where a person has cured/reversed his/her pulmonary fibrosis?

My dad has pulmonary fibrosis that he requires oxygen 24/7 using up to 8 to 10 liters of oxygen. I want to reverse/cure his pulmonary fibrosis to a point where he no longer needs to be hooked into an oxygen tank 24/7 and can do normal activities without getting short of breath. Tweet
