My 24 h Mercury / Urine test. Please Help me with the results !!!

short info : 35 y/o .... with 1 Amalgam filling left from the good (bad) old 90`s .....

have had a 24 h urine collection done last weekend coz of another test (iodine loading ... jsyk) and thought... if u collect it ... why not test for mercury as well

just to see how much u excrete. Also not having a clue if this 24 h urine test thing is anyhow helpfull or totally nonsense.

Whatever : my results were 3,4 mcg/l

is that good? bad ?
