Re: Raw nuts: Should these be taken during parasite clenase?
It's not unusual to lose a lot of weight through this program. Just keep eating. Don't be so hard on yourself. You're getting rid of the CAUSE of disease--bugs, chemical poisons and radiation--it will all come out, IF you keep going.
It's not a bit unusual to crave different foods at different times. NO WHITE SUGAR, tho. Eat what your body craves. You'll change down the road a bit to something different. Listen to your body. Butter will give you omega 3, bugs hate salt, you need the salt for the electrolytes. Celtic or Himalayan salt.
http://www.saltworks.us Chocolate has magnesium in it. Pasta won't kill you. Keep it to a minimum. Potatoes are better. They can be a good anti-depressant. Yams, steak and beans are good food. B12 is very important. There are veggie sources of B12 like spirulina. Organ meats from grass fed cows will give you the RNA/DNA to regenerate organs with. You may not always want to eat meat. Your tastes and body requirements will change over time.
Coconut oil is a very wonderful oil. It might even stop Alzheimers disease.
Peanut butter can have aflotoxins in it, so be careful that it is made up fresh from the health food store and from good peanuts.
Try some berberine for sugar imbalance. That will right itself when you heal up.
Why do you think you're doing so badly? It appears you're just keeping on the journey. That journey can be long. Again, don't be so hard on yourself.
You do need the iodine. Get some dulse and use it on your salads.
http://www.mountainroseherbs.com has the sea vegetables in bulk.
