Question about drinking kefir to help treat candida.
I'm starting to drink milk kefir to help treat my candida issues, which I would say are more on the severe end of things. My question is, because Sugar is what feeds candida am I only limited to drinking plain milk kefir? Or can I add some sweeteners or fruit?
