I had the black specs that looked like pepper that would jump on my feet and burrow in. I do not know what they were but think they were some type of mite. I took some to the er and a doctor said they looked like arthropods. I treated with permethrin and started to use sulfer soap. I soaked in borax and peroxide baths and tons would come out mostly feet and lower legs. They came out for ten days less and less after each day. I only had them jumping on me in the nathroom so I dusted everything with DE and put a heater in there and closed the door and cooked them. Then I cleaned really well and sprayed all the floor with permethrin. This seemed to work.I found that they nested under my shampoo shelf in the pipe so I threw it out. They like mold and dampness. Arthropods are attracted to you when you have worms because they need wolbachia bacteria to reproduce. worms also need wolbachia. I think People that have worms have an excess of wolbacia which makes us to attractive to these things. Gees even if there is a nat in the house it will bother me and noone else. I think you also have strongyloides. You may have an adhesion between your bowle and kidney.
