== check your lithium levels with hair or blood t est. It probably won't be a fix all, but if you are very low in hair I like your chances to be helped somewhat by a couple mg of Li orotate. Very low Li is fairly common in the hair tests of heavy metal detox group members. There are 1000+ here.
