Sometimes a discussion opens the eyes even if we read the same thing repeatedly in a book.
As to the fast, we concentrate so much on the maple syrup and cayenne pepper when actually the ingredient to be most concerned with is the simplest one - Lemon.
A burden has been lifted off of me now. Trying to measure that 1/10 tsp of cayenne pepper always bugged me since I knew I never got it right. Now I'll just add a pinch and be happy!
