Re: oil pulling making me severely depressed, tired and brain foggy.

The coconut oil has several antifungals in it:

These oils are very good in the brain, but if you've been living with fungal infections for a while in the bloodstream about the brain, it's going to wreak a bit of havoc.

Vitamin C will help shunt the byproducts of the dying gutbuggers out of where they should not be.

Niacin (full-flushing vitamin B3) also helps gentle out the headaches by dilating bloodvessels and having an anticandidic effect, as well as acting as a cofactor with the food oils.

The way my own last root canal rumbled and stunk as my dentist pulled it out spoke volumes to me.. That sort of rot in the skull, spreading trash and toxins was doing a lot to my head and bloodstream!

God bless you <3

cold pressed extra virgin olive oil is much gentler
cold pressed walnut oil provides a nice essential fatty acid profile
thistle oil tastes wonderful and provides some silymarin
soybean oil (organic!!) and sunflower seed oil have phosphatidyl cholines in them, which help the liver

I'd reccommend the coconut oil for swallowing with some fresh-pressed acidic juice, apple cider vinegar, or betain HCL. Or just oil-pulling with it every few days (3-4 days). It's a very powerful detox tool, and detoxes can easily overwhelm a system (you've got 6 dead teeth to compensate for, from what you write).

feel free to try this and that as you go, and see which helps you

It is far less expensive to pull dead teeth than to make up for the side-effects they cause though, I tell you earnestly!
I got a bone tumor after my first root canal, and that's cost me a left hand.. :o
