Taking powdered black walnut, clove and wormwood with water?

Hi,

Can you take Black-Walnut powder, cloves powderand Wormwood powder with water?

I do have a capsule maker, I just cant find it!

Just wondering if the powders can be taken with juice or water or something like that?
