Eczema
Hi MagicalUnicorn,
I will just address one of your questions, Eczema.
Eczema is caused (underlying cause) by
Antibiotics , vaccines and other medications across generations.
Medications your grandmother or mother took may be the cause of Your eczema.
Medications you are taking may cause eczema in Your children and Your grandchildren.
So, the problem goes across generations, and the worse of all are medications taken during pregnancy.
How to manage and possibly Cure eczema?
Eczema is all about triggeres and about hypersensitivity.
There are Chemicals, Natural or unnatural, that Your body comes in contact with, and the reaction to those Chemicals is Eczema.
It could be something in Your water, something in Your diet, air in Your house, laundry detergent, or even something at the Place you work.
Until you are adult, it could be several different triggeres.
To figure out what it is, you will have to start eliminating all possible Eczema triggeres.
Dietary triggeres can easily be eliminated through
Elimination-Rotation Diet or through
Low Histamine Diet .

carpets
wallpapers
black mould spores, if house was ever damaged by water or humidity
nickel
insecticides used by previous owner to kill roaches, ants, insects
herbicides used on the grass lawn
naturall pollen from interior plants
naturall pollen from plants around the house
dust mites
heating system
airconditioning system
etc.
To find out if it is something in your home, you have to move out of your home for a few days, and observe changes on your eczema.
You also have to be Lucky to move to a place where those triggeres are not present, or your eczema will not improve just by sleeping in some other Place With similar triggeres.
Motels are loaded With cleaning chemicals recycled by airconditioning system, just for example.
Most common eczema triggeres are:
- sugar, vinegar and alcoholic drinks like wine

Become a detective and find all suspects, and if you can eliminate all suspects, your eczema will be gone, and many other of your symptoms will be gone.
Your hypersensitivity may be eliminated by practicing

Both therapies may help with dysbiosis and with
Body Odor .
