Just for the record.

Ok, so two days ago I tapped 2 magnets to the Lugols bottle and this morning I tried the following on an empty stomach :

1 gram of SSKI (20 drops 50mg each) of SSKI NO MAGNETS

120 mg of Lugol 5% WITH MAGNETS.

Half hour later breakfast with selenium,zinc,copper,magnesium and vitC.

Never before I took more than 300mg of SSKI and 25mg of Iodoral. I was a bit scared but 8 hours later, SO FAR SO GOOD. No single symptom of detox. Feeling quite good. To be honest I wasn't having them before because I always keep my ratio of KI to I2 very high to avoid detox reactions. I have found that the higher the ratio of KI to I2, the less detox reactions. Have you as well?

The magnets to the Lugol.... hmmm... what a strange thing!!! I wouldn't know how to describe the effect. Yesterday I tried them for the first time at 8am I took 4 drops. I felt so good and in pleasure in my body that went to bed for half an hour just to enjoy the feeling of wellbeing without doing anything else. I must say I had those feelings before without magnets but in this case it was IMMEDIATE.

There's something strange though. Last year while under TCM treatment for congested liver iodine worked better and with much smaller doses than now. Now I seem to need much higher doses and they don't work as good as before (still good, don't get me wrong). I guess health takes so many aspects that iodine is just one.
