I'm on my 2nd day and so far I feel pretty good. I lost 7 lbs overnight which seems like alot for me because I'm not really overweight(I'm 5'6" and was 132lbs yesterday) I am now 125. Is this normal? I was planning on fasting for 20 days. I am doing this mainly to feel better and have more energy, but some weight loss in certain places would be nice too. I am 37yrs old and always had a young looking body, until about a year ago I started putting on a little weight around the waist and hips. This morning I look very slim though, which is a great motivater to go on! I'm just waiting for the energy and mental clarity which I know will come. Last night was hard, the family had pizza for dinner and my stomach was gurgling, so I just drank another lemonade! It helped alot. I'm hoping the cravings will go away today, I'll just have to wait and see.
