Hi, I think those came out maybe after a raw garlic
enema.

Honestly, you wouldn't even see them if I didn't put the bowel movement in a jar with vinegar for a week to clean and separate all this mess. Ewwww.


And to be honest,sometimes the smell is so awful like dead fish that's why i was thinking flukes or something like that.

Now I am taking psyllium husk with aloe vera juice and some apple cider vinegar.

Do you think I should start taking the Wormwood stuff? I was a little nervous about scattering etc.
