The oldest woman in the world, Mariam Amash, says that she attributes her longevity to drinking a cup of olive oil a day. She does daily liver flushes! If some old lady can drink one cup of oil a day, and live to be the oldest person on earth, what make you think that it's so dangerous to drink half a cup twice a week?
