Still battling parasites in head and whole body

so my newest doctor agreed to let me take one dose of albendazole 200 mg wait 2 weeks and take another dose
Now when I went to see the doctor 2 1/2 weeks ago I was going through a good phase with no pressure in my head or anything. I took the one dose and contined to feel better but I wait idk maybe 16 days to take another dose and that was 2 days ago and I can feel the pressure building up in my head again and I saw a tiny worm on my phone for the 3rd time which I thought for sure I was gonna be able to capture and finally be vindicated and by the time I found a bag to throw my phone in it disappeared. How much albendazole can I/should I be taking without fking up up my liver? I don't think I am taking nearly enough.
