Dyshidrosis after self-gratification

In a nutshell, after I spank the monkey, few hours after I will have this itchy feeling on my hands and it turns out to be clear pus. Googled it, turned out to be Dyshidrosis. Now, my question is WHY? Is there something in my junk that irritates my hand? If there is, what is it and how can I get rid of it? I don't like my partner to have the same issue as mine after touching my dong. Thanks for the answers.
