Needing advice please

Ok its sort of a long so bear with me.

A year ago I went on a Antibiotic treatment for strep throat. Penicillin, 4x a day 500 mg a pill.

The last 2 days I doubled the doses. Instead of 4 pills a day, I took 8 a day for 2 days, just to finish the bottle. A few days after I finished the bottle I got weird stools. They appeared lighter than normal, and more frequent. This problem became worse within a week, and my stools were not only frequent and lighter, but very smelly. Also, right before the stool change, I observed some blisters on my genitals.

I had a blood test done for herpes 3 weeks later but it was negative. I then went on some probiotics, and antifungals to help my gut. They seem to help some, plus I was only taking acidolphus at the time. A few months later, I noticed another small clear blister. This was on the opposite side of my genitals. Didnt really think too much of it since my test showed negative. Plus I was still battling intestinal issues, and the abnormal change in my bowel movements.

About 4 months later I noticed 4 more blisters in the same area as the last single blister. I had just started a 50 billion probiotic supplement. Again, didnt think to much of it.

5 months after it was 8-10 blisters on my genitals, and a few days to a week ago, I had just started drinking water kefir, made with fresh grains, I fermented myself. I was drinking anywhere from 8-32 ounces a day for about a week.

Finally, just last week I ordered a high CFU probiotic supplement 150 billion, and I took about 2 pills, and what do u know, 2 blisters on my genitals.

Now I know gut flora products are promoted here with high regard, but I dont think this is a coincidence. Even if it really is herpes, what would explain my intestinal issues,because with all of these high probiotic supplements, my intestinal issues seem to worsen. Plus the triggering of blisters from high probiotic supplements and fermented drinks?
