Re: Organic/inorganic minerals, minerals interactions, salts/ions/colloids and supplements?
Dear friend,
This topic is a huge one. Like most, this also need a selection of reply.
It is true that to take some minerals, some will reduce others. This is why it is important to have multivitamins or ones which would cover a lot of minerals.
Collodial silver is a subject of its own. Some believe in it, some don't. Again, it is all depends on the quality of the silver and how often one uses.
MMS has good result and many would offer. However, there are the trendy ones and the suppliers always find new one to promote then later it all quiets down.
Miracle-Mineral-Supplement is a relatively new one, so time will really tell. So far, so good.
What I suggest is fulvic acid. Not the way it is advertised though. As usual it is a lot of nonsense going on with it, especially with the quality of it. There is no international standard for it, so each supplier can say whatever they want.
Need to know more, you welcome.
