Re: Stones STUCK in liver/gallbladder - HELP

Dear happy manatee

Thanks heaps for your advice - it is all very useful. I actually didn't realise vegans need to take b12! Lucky I have some capsules so will get onto those right away...

Also just bought a whole bunch of raw, sprouted and fermented protein powders which are full of amino acids and all the good stuff I probably need right now. I eat heaps of veges and nuts but you can still miss out. Nutrition is such a complex art... I also will start adding molasses into my smoothies. And raw eggs!

I like the Water Cure idea - I already drink 4-5 litres a day because I'm always so thirsty and have started adding Sea Salt when I have kidney pain so will add pinch of Epsom Salt daily as well.

I'm sure calves liver is really good for you but Its been a long time since I've eaten meat and I don't know if I could mentally stomach it haha... I will grab some beets :)

I actually emailed Telman who has since retired from
Curezone and he kindly has been giving me his ideas and insights. He mentioned pharmaceutical induced cholestasis (stagnant bile flow) and emailed me a table with medications known to induce this... On the table was the drug I took the big overdose of (amitryptilene) as well as Valium (diazepam) which I was taking a lot of. He said that these drugs can induce inflammation of the bile ducts (and even vanishing
Bile duct syndrome which is a very interesting condition). This inflammation can stall the bile.

So Even though it's five years since my overdose and I have spent the past few years on an increasingly clean, green and organic based diet with heaps of detoxing, perhaps there is still some underlying inflammation or even scar tissue which is preventing the release of stones in the flushes.

I am embarking on an inflammation-busting protocol with tumeric milk (delicious! Use 1 cup hot water, 1/2 tsp tumeric, 1 tsp - 1 tbsp coconut oil, 1 tsp honey, pinch salt, optional ginger and blend ingredients in a blender), also taking raw milk kefir, kombucha, flaxseed, bee pollen, raw eggs, chanca piedra tincture and gold coin grass tea, applying castor oil to liver at night and will start adding small doses of milk thistle soon.

I had my first try at reflexology yesterday and I think it might be really helpful in releasing the emotional gunk that could be being stored in the depths of my liver... The past few years of liver problems has meant an insane ongoing purge of emotional crap on and on, layers and layers and even though I thought there surely couldn't be more to work through, there is!

It's an insane journey full of pain, desperation, and emotional turmoil for all humans enduring problems with the physical body... We are all the strongest most resilient people on the planet for what we have/are going through. And I think the eruptions of physical issues we are experiencing marks the turning point where human beings reconnect with their bodies... We're doing this on behalf of everyone I feel :)

Much love xxxx
