I'm about to do a fecal transplant. There's a fantastic instructional on youtube. I think the biggest hassle is getting a good donor. In my case I have someone kind enough to get STD, blood, GI tests that all look really good.

Let us know how it goes if you do it!

A GI test might show you readings on your gut flora to guess how important the FT is.
