Possible way to stop herpes 1 outbreaks!

Hey everyone, i have got the herpes 1 since i was a boy or since i can remember. i really dont know how or why i have it. where i used to live was always sunny and warm and i would only get it like maybe once or two times a year. but then i moved to europe to study and the outbreaks are crazy like 2 or 3 times a month maybe so really f***ed up. i never went to my docter because the embarrasment. so after 1 yr of living in europe, me and my gf went to paris on vacation. on our second day @ 5pm i started feeling the tingling and got really really pissed like why this has to happen to me ? so when i got back to the hotel i noticed some bumps were going to come tomorow. so i took a shower and before i went to sleep i used toothpaste on my lips!!!! i looked like a monkey lol. so i went to sleep and in the morning what happened?? nothing !!! nothing at all!! meaning it stopped the outbreak !! i was so happy.. so when i got back from the vacation i started using it every night before going to sleep and it worked for more then 6 months i didnt get any outbreak i swear !!! BUT after the 6months around my lips were getting irritated by using the toothpaste everyday so i stopped for a week and would only use it when i feel it coming. i did get outbreaks like when i dont use it but when i use it i dont. not a cure but maybe a way to stop the outbreaks! im not kidding. i used to feel so bad and even though of suicide and still do. its not a joke just try it and let me know. also few days ago i didnt use it and in the morning i saw bumps i used garlic on it and put toothpaste it helped allot i swear it cured in like the same day you could only see like a bit brownish thing but you can easily say you bite your lip while eating rather then people know what it really is



so if you feel it coming or just want to try it for 1 month use toothpaste on where you usually get it !! preferable a toothpaste that will dry and stay white on your lips! and go to sleep :)
