The therapeutic coffee for an enema is obtained from http://www.sawilson's.com. I didn't add anything to it. Take 3 TBSP and put them in a quart of water. Boil for 5 minutes, then simmer for 20. Add enough water to bring the original volume up to a quart again. Position yourself on the bathroom floor with a towel under you after putting 2 cups of strained coffee into a water bottle or plastic pail for enema from sawilson's.com website or otherwise. Hold the 2 cups for 15 minutes. Expel, do the same with the other 2 cups.

What you're talking about is a colon cleanse. that is done every day with preferabley starting out with Schulze #1 formula and taking it every day maybe 3x a day to bowel tolerance. The colon junk is layered in the colon. Soften the first layer up, then add the #2 formula that has the Bentonite clay and activated charcoal in it. Do 10 capsules 4-5 times a day for 30 days at a time until the colon is clean of the first layer, then repeat. Stay on the #1 formula. Add the #2 formula when your stomach gets a bit queasy. That means the next layer is softened up.
Dehydration comes when the body tries to pull water out of the system to get the colon crap out of there. It needs a procedure and it needs your help to make it go. Clean out the colon and you'll be all right. It may take you from a few months to a few years to get it accomplished.

Cleaning out the body will take care of adrenal issues. Get some dulse and take it for the thyroid. Take Standard Process vitamin B1. Go get a chiropractic treatment and ask them for some or get it off the internet. Total Health Vitamins sells it.
