Mixing Black walnut with Coffee during Enema?

Is it appropriate to mix some drops of black walnut tincture (or powder) with coffee during enemas and hold for sometime?

Mainly worried about any chemical reaction black walnut might have with coffee.

Or is it better to mix black walnut during Apple Cider and Garlic enema?

I'm doing parasite cleanse, and somehow a big tapeworm is just not coming out and making movement inside. Tried CoQ10 dose in excess of the suggested, dose by Dr. Clark, Zymex 2 suggested by Doctor Sutter, regularly taking lower bowel cleanse, black walnut,clove,wormwood with over 20 other herbs for months now).

While I could expel ascaris and see white segments of Tapworm, the big worm is still inside. In doing this, enema has been of great help.

Any suggestion for the enema process would be of great help.
