Not a cure but surely helps manage it.

It really sucked when my doctor told me what I have and that there's no cure for this.

But I've been able to keep mine under control by applying a moisturizing lotion to the affected areas everyday. I have certain 'hotspots' around my eyes, nose, and on my neck that would regularly appear but by using a lotion on them even when they are no longer visible has minimized the flare ups. I'm currently using Cetaphil but I suppose any lotion might work.

I only put a little on the affected spots in the morning, but at night I gunk up my whole face with it before bedtime, which I'm not really fond of doing but it is working, and it stops/prevents any itching, which if you scratch only makes it much worse.
