Pinworms and Humaworm has anyone been thru this

Ok this is my first post, first issue, first time with a parasite cleanse...
Background health. I have type1 diabetes, IBS, Diabetic nerve damage,AND Fibromyalgia...


so in order to ask I need to explain my situation. In the middle of Feb I had a bad kidney stone and had to go to the ER, where they pumped an iv full of pain killers and other crap. After that they gave me antibiotics to take for a week I think it was. Anyways about two days into the antibiotics I started expelling dead pinworms I think that's what they are, small white/clear very thin. I freaked out and bought Reese pinworm med from Walgreens. I have never had these or any parasites before, (i had never even heard of pinworms). I had no symptoms at all before this. So after taking the first dose of Reese's (expelling pinworms non stop since after the ER) I saw larger flat things I thought might be tape worm, also the pins are mad and moving around now and had a few coming out live. So I went to urgent care tried to tell them what was going on. they gave me albenza and wouldn't stay in the room to help, the dr literally ran outta the room and wouldn't listen to me. Well took those 2 then and 2 two weeks later(pinworms Still coming out in stool, dead)
after I finished those meds I ordered the humaworm stuff and today I am on about day 19 maybe? Lost count. But here I am almost two months later still expelling out pinworms, if that's what they are! They come out in every bowel movement every day.
Why are they still coming out of me? I have been expelling them since about Feb 16th and now it's April .

I have cleaned everything several times, i washed everything, change clothes, thru the day and i wash my hands so much they are dried out and cracking.

Will the humaworm kill them all and then How do I know they are ALL gone when I'm done with it? I really thought they would all be gone by now. But mostly when will I STOP expelling them, because almost 2 months feels a tad drastic.

Also Noxema that everyone talks about using on the anus, is that the acne stuff because thats the only Noxema i have heard of? And if so which do i buy?

Any advice or stories or anything would be greatly appreciated.
