Why would you stop suddenly?! I'm not aware that it should be done. I've never heard that it is wise to abruptly change a dose of a hormone that was at least somewhat helpful and confirmed okay by followup testing.

Are you working with a doctor who does hormone balancing?

It seems that modest doses such as 10mg several times per day is pretty safe for most people who are not chemically sensitive. 100mg is a big dose.

A close female friend who has a long history of adrenal fatigue symptoms and whose situation has been confirmed by followup blood and saliva tests had borderline high preg at 75mg dose suggested by her doctor. Even experienced doctors can find it tricky to predict how someone will handle a particular dose.

Hormone balancing can be really wonderful when done thoughtfully and carefully in a person who actually needs them; however that power can come back to bite us if we are irresponsible with them.
