Our knowledge about natural healing
Most of us didn't come on Curezone with a good knowledge of natural healing. It is something we have gleaned for ourselves as we went along.
Doing the appropriate thing at the right time is very important. Listening to your body as to when to do or repeat a procedure, even what to eat, as your body will crave different things it needs at different times is important to pay attention to.
Doc has a certain amount of supplements he recommends, but overall, I think it's best to add superfoods to the diet. A good unaltered colostrum, Schulze's superfood, source of enzymes and minerals (plants-- tinctures like Barefoot makes or clays), the antioxidant vitamins when you're doing the tissue detox.
Spirulina/chlorella to help the detox of heavy metals-- mercury, especially.
There are a lot of things that can happen that seem unrelated, but we have to realize the whole body works together, even though we have to study one system at a time to understand what the systems do. Very important.
To me something to pay attention to and understand is the healing ability of castor oil. Don't be afraid to use it. Use it when it seems there are no other answers. Do all the research you can about how Edgar Cayce used it to heal with. Dr. Schulze was big on using it, too.
I feel we never do learn it all. Natural healing is a big field. We can learn enough to help ourselves and the next person coming down the road who wants healing, too.
If you're a professional like an old-school chiropractor, a massage therapist or an accupunturist, orthomolecular physician, herbalist or natural nutritionalist you can appreciate what I'm saying.
We're never too young or too old to learn what nature has provided for our healing. And--how to use it.
