now im just preventing the foods that not want my tummy..
for example, when i eat sweet foods my tummy suddenly feeling bloated, then diarrhea comes next...
so i prevent eating sweet foods coz it triggers it..
im not eating sweets foods for 2 weeks.. i think its good..
* so just prevent the foods that trigger yours and your curing time will be much faster.. to know what foods (when u eat a kind of food, your tummy suddenly feels full, bloated, and diarrhea comes next) means it is the food that you shouldent be eaten..
