Have taken medication everyday for chronic lupus pain with no relief and I want a change in my life!!!

Hey all I am new here and have been reading all the posts for the last 3 week and have been encouraged enough to get up the nerve to post for help. I am new to the whole organic natural way of living and with the help of the most wonderful guy I met I at grocery store no less I am making this transition one day at a time. I am a 40 year old female who has been in and out of doctor's offices since I was in the 6th grade. I have seen so many doctors and taken so many mediation I have lost count. I have a blood clotting disorder, high blood pressure and lupus. I take so many medication on a daily basis that it is ridiculous and I starting praying to God that there has to be a better way. I have taken medicines all my life and have only gotten worse have never improved. I have had 2 dvt's so many hospitalization for pain crisis and my legs swell below my knees to my toes to the point I cant even walk. I spend days in the bed because I am not able to get up and walk around. I am not living life at all and I want to do something different. I started looking into natural healing and natural food that fight inflammation and detox the body but mainly praying to God for guidance to deliver me from this non life I was living. God placed this wonderful man in my path that is helping me everyday with this natural journey and spiritual healing and he directed me to this website that has just given me sooooo much information that my heart is overjoyed. I just have so many questions and need so much help I just need to know where to start how to start how to get rid of the daily pain I am in . The doctors have always told me there is nothing that can be done about the pain and always want to prescribe these narcotic pain medication that I have never wanted to take I just don't want to take anything that is going to take me out of my head. I want my mind to stay clear. To God be the Glory for people who finally understand what I have been saying for years. Thank you thank thank you!!
