Can someone help me out ?

The only symptom of my seb derm that I have is the dead yellow skin and scales on my face. Now at first I was able to get rid of all the dead skin when I would shower they would peel right off easily or if I put moisturizer. Now all these scales are so attached to my skin and they wont come off even after using the clarasonic. I cant even see the skin underneath. Ive used ketaconzale but it hasnt done anything. What do I use to get the scales to come off? Tweet
