Healing liver without inhibiting enzymes or getting off mood stabilizer.

Hi, I'm on a complicated situation. My liver is pretty messed up from old candida die off and byproducts and has been for a few years without me fully realizing it. I'm absolutely sure now. I'm not sure exactly how it is effected but I get flushing and relief from rumex cryspus, hot lemon water, and podophyllum. My mood stabilizer absolutely causes me agony. Tons of chest pain, trouble breathing, back pain, fatigue, everything wants to shut down.

Here's the problem. I need to be on a mood stabilizer or I'm so manic I'm borderline psychotic. The ones that don't irritate my liver, I'm allergic to. Here's the other problem. I also need to be on a low dose antipsychotic to curb bizarre thoughts. It's metabolized by the cyp 3a4 enzyme which is inhibited by many liver cleansers and tonics (i.e. milk thistle) which I need to use to take care of my liver. I can't change medications because I'm stable mentally and it took years to get here.

The topamax induces the 3a4 enzyme and lots of the liver supplements inhibit, so I'm trying to find a balance between the two to cancel eachother out and leave my antipsychotic alone. I'm hoping to protect my liver from the harm the topamax is doing at the same time and also heal it so I can get more active and physical and enjoy my life. Every day feels like my body is so heavy and every step is my last. I have constant allergies and rashes.

I definitely think I have a couple of duct blockages. Not sure if they're from inflammation, stones, or what, but I feel flushing in two distinct tight spots when I drink hot lemon water. Also if I use dandelion root, those spots become even more blocked and backed up feeling. They are the central areas of my pain. The doctors just order bloodwork and say it's normal. Liver Flushes do nothing for me.

Does anyone have an approach that will work for this situation? There's absolutely nothing on the web. The spot I'm in looks to be one of a kind and it sucks. Any tests or procedures to ask my doctor for?
