Intestinal Bug Perhaps

Greetings everyone!

New here and seeing support. Is there anyone who can offer assistance with identifying this critter I discovered in my home (see photos)?

This is the 4th time within 5-6 years that I have seen this beast of a creature in my presence (the first time was a my mom's house in the bathroom, the second was at my previous apartment also in or around the bathroom, and once I even pulled the very same bug off my shirt while at work in a meeting last year). So, this definitely isn't an isolated incident.

With this being the 4th sighting, I am really eager to get some insight identifying this pest. I'm pretty convinced it's some sort of intestinal parasite.

I have been 99% vegan/vegetarian for the past three years as a means of restoring my health (27 years of age; a longtime sufferer of systemic candida overgrowth, particularly toe nail infections; history of Antibiotic use as an infant due to my lowered immunity as a result of my premature birth--14 weeks).

I'm one who strongly believes in alternative medicine and therapies. I actively pursue, participate and endorse colon hydrotherapy, light therapy ( Far Infrared Sauna s), Bob Beck zapping (as of this year), rebounding (to combat edema/stagnate lymph), etc.
