Use to have hair!

Hope there are some people that may know what I can do to clear my scalp and help grow my hair back. I have a large bald spot on the crown of my head and it has been this way for almost 4 yrs. Started with small patch, went to dermatologist, after biopsy was told I have alopecia. Prescribed a patch...wrong one...adhesive took out hair and skin. Resulted in an infection. Residual glue collected all kinds of debris and hair grew under scalp. Also might have parasites, have what looks like gray lint. Have tried tea tree oil. coconut, ACV. Help!!! Tweet
