I Water Fast usually on Sunday, but lately my detox is very high speed, so I don't want it to go even faster.

I've been documenting my detox, which is before and after picture based on my blog (under my homepage).

My eyes have been changing very quickly (the greyish white rays around the pupil are disappearing.)

I've been meaning to do a 24 hour Water Fast with h2o2 and document my eye change.

I've already eaten today, but I'll do a Water Fast tomorrow and post my eyes on my blog.

I think everyone looking for motivation in their detox should post their eyes. They show the greatest changes! :)
