Pep talk for those of you just starting but struggling

Hi all - I did my first Master-Cleanse in June. It was tough; I went through stages of dizziness, nausea, sinus trouble, fatigue, bad cravings, etc. But I made it the ten days and then began eating healthier than I had before the Master-Cleanse (I had been a pretty bad 'junk food junkie'). I didn't become a health food addict, but I did improve. I still bought frozen pizzas, but I paid a little more $$ and bought organic ones from the health food store; I quit drinking milk and eating waxy chocolate; I ate whole grain instead of processed. Just small changes like that. I was fairly thin when I started my first Master-Cleanse but I had a little fat in undesirable places that I was hoping would disappear; I lost 8 lbs (mainly from the places I had hoped to), and during these past six months, that weight has stayed off. But why I am posting is because I am now on day 2 of my second MC and it is SOOO much easier this time around. I don't feel any differently than I do on a 'normal' day with food. My guess is that it's because I have fewer toxins in my body this time around because of my improved eating habits. So for those of you just starting and already thinking you want to quit, DON'T!! It is well worth it!!! The first MC is probably the hardest because you don't know what to expect, plus as your body flushes all those toxins, you feel really crappy. As someone who was there and 'got the t-shirt', I'm glad I did it. Hang in there!!
