Far be it from wise to rely on it as one's only source of nutrition though!

Blackstrap molasses is a concentrated form of minerals, simply because it -is- gathered from so many fields and refined so many times. A great deal of the sugar is absolutely removed. Part of the dark syrupy mass is activated charcoal.


Personally, fresh vegetable smoothies and juices are still superior because they're relatively unadulterated.

If you want a great warm-drink boost, try powdered organic sencha leaves in tea! Munch the leaves, Yumyumyum. :)
