Thank you for sharing your experience. An eye opener it is as to having to obey the rules of a cleansing.

You did some serious experimenting :(
Next time you do the Master-Cleanse (or the PB shakes), stick to the original recipe. If you're underweight, then add more syrup. I wouldn't mix the Master-Cleanse with the P&B because I think the Bentonite would negate the purpose of the MC. Do a SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) instead. That's just my unscientific observation.

I did a quick search and found the following info. I don't know how valid those sites are or how up to date they are, so please use your best judgement.

DISTILLED WATER:
"Distillation is the process in which water is boiled, evaporated and the vapour condensed. Distilled water is free of dissolved minerals and, because of this, has the special property of being able to actively absorb toxic substances from the body and eliminate them. Studies validate the benefits of drinking distilled water when one is seeking to cleanse or detoxify the system for short periods of time (a few weeks at a time). Fasting using distilled water can be dangerous because of the rapid loss of electrolytes (sodium, potassium, chloride) and trace minerals like magnesium, deficiencies of which can cause heart beat irregularities and high blood pressure. Cooking foods in distilled water pulls the minerals out of them and lowers their nutrient value."

What is Gilbert's Syndrome?

Gilbert's Syndrome is a fairly common, mild liver disorder. People with this disorder have a moderate, fluctuating increase in serum bilirubin, a yellow pigment excreted by the liver into bile.

Small amounts of bilirubin are normally present in the blood. It is produced from the natural breakdown of hemoglobin (the red pigment of red blood cells) in bone marrow, the spleen and other organs. It is carried to the liver in the blood. In the liver, it undergoes a series of chemical changes and is then excreted into bile. Next, it undergoes further chemical changes in the intestines, and from there passes out of the body. However, when red blood cells breakdown excessively or there is interference in the bile excretion process, the amount of bilirubin increases and may produce jaundice - a yellow discoloration of the skin and/or eyes .

In people with Gilbert's Syndrome, the bilirubin level often goes up and down. At times, it may be within the normal range. At other times, the level will be higher than normal, but not dangerously so.

Yeah, if I were you, I'd do a simple MC, wait a week then do a liver flush. You might have rushed ahead of what your body what able to cope with and it backfired.

Hope this helps you a bit.
Take your time.
