Lately I've been trying to do as much research as I possibly can on this and try to fix my FBO. I came across post from someone who cured their Body Odor by completely eliminating gluten from their diet (link below). Today as I was browsing videos on youtube i stumbled across a really interesting one by Elliot Hulse (link below). I'd advise you watch it its only about 5 minutes I think its worth it. Pretty much what he states is that gluten inflames the intestines which leads to leaky gut. Logically, if you cut out gluten for a certain period of time the inflammation should stop, allowing the gut to heal and eventually the fbo should disappear as described in the story. I think this goes for any source of gut inflammation including dairy as well. I'd suggest those who suffer from fbo try cutting out gluten and dairy from their diet for about 1-2 months. Once again this is just a suggestion but I think its worth to check out his story and Elliot's video and then you can decide for yourself. I will personally go for this as it really does make sense. I'll try to eliminate gluten on 100% for couple of months and see how it works.
