Advice, starting Albendazole protocol

I've been lurking on here for months. I am almost certain I have a pinworm infection going on 9 months, but after four Dr's (including infectious disease specialist) I have gotten nowhere as all the tests have been "negative". Now they want me to go to a dermatologist and I'm pretty sure they think it is "all in my head" and I now believe the medical community is clueless. Months ago, I was given three doses of Mebendazole and later 2 doses of Albendazole which seemed to aggravate things rather than cure me. My partner was treated at that time as well, though he hasn't had any symptoms.

For some time now I've been battling on my own, with pyrantel (gives some temporary relief), taking zinc, Vit C, MSM, garlic, using saline nose spray when my nose itches, eating recommended foods, and lately I've even been using pyrantel with hemmorroid cream in my anus at night which seems to be helping. For months, I think I've been very careful about handwashing, laundry, cleaning.

I finally ordered Valbazen online and it came today. I am looking at ICU's Albendazone protocol but am concerned about the potential side effects. It seems that I have the "beasts" under a little better control so I'm wondering if I need to do a full 2 weeks of the Albendazole 2x day or if a shorter course might have a good chance of success. I'm also concerned about the amount of fat that is recommended to take with the medicine over a protracted time period. Any advice would be appreciated as I try this new line of attack.
