Lab tests are very complex procedures & rarely provide a positive result.  It's like looking for a needle in a haystack during a hurricane!

One method is locating juvenile larvae, either rhabditiform or filariform, in fresh stool samples.  Other techniques are direct fecal smears, culturing fecal samples on agar plates, serodiagnosis through ELISA, & duodenal fumigation. However, diagnosis can be extremely difficult because the parasite  load varies on a daily basis.

Save yourself a ton of grief, time, & money.  Recommend self-treatment with the following:  Strongyloides, Filariasis, & Morgellons Protocol (Albendazole, Ivermectin, & Doxycycline):

For this protocol, recommend Valbazen & Ivermectin suspensions vs tablets for higher uptake rates & bioavailability. Doxycycline tablets are available on E-Bay.
