Concerning laetrile or apricot pits, I recently found out to work one needs to take it with zinc and digestive enzymes.

I also believe fresh apple seeds or peach pits etc might be better than commercially died. also found millet contains laetrile.

I use the brand apricot power if anyone knows if it is good but adding some apple seeds whenever I make apple juice etc.+

I saw that Chris from Chrisbeatcancer site uses this brand, but did not know I needed to take with zinc and digestive enzymes. Do you think it will still work as intended if this brand and not fresh form the apricot or apples as I cannot afford to buy 30 apricots or 60 apples or whatnot a day to get the fresh seeds.

The apricot power does say it is raw and organic but it is dried compared to fresh ones which are softer..will it still work as intended?

I want to ask does anyone know a good way to divide the zinc contents of a capsule to take it as I don't want to go over the amount suggested and the pill is not a tablet that can be cut but a capsule with powder and I cant afford to buy empty capsules to dived it into 3 doses as taking the apricot pits three times a day. Is zinc bitter or can you suggest a way to take it easily if I open it and divide the powder into 3 doses.

I know maybe I can put it in applesauce or something like that but I take these when upstairs and do not go downstairs a lot due to pain and hoping to find something that can be kept up there without refrigeration to maybe add the powder to if possible.
