First of all, I know probably you don't mean and it is a screen name, but the fact that it says you are a loser, means that you have a low self esteem. If you think that then that is what will become. No one is a loser, but we all are transiting from one stage to another. Also we only feel we are a loser or are on the bottom when we think and see someone is higher than us, but look at people who do not have what you have and feel and accept what you have. You will feel better. Congratulations on getting to work in a bank, that will be a great experience for you.

Now to your clothes. First, it is not the clothes that make you look good, it is how you carry yourself in those clothes. I know quite a few fat people who know how to dress and carry themselves and they make an impact. Also your personality will matter and not the clothes. Don't put so much pressure on yourself.

Now to fasting. Fasting is going to help you lose weight and make you feel good. So go ahead and do it. I do not know Ramadan, but if you were eating during those holidays, then that is very different then being on fasting with water only. Headaches are part of the detox. If you want to feel better when you get headaches, drink warm water throughtout your fast, learn deep abdominal breathing and rest enough so it will help you cope. Walking is ok, but 10km seems a lot. Can you take a bus to school for a few days?

I am sure you know no chewing gum, toothpaste, mouth washes etc. during water fast. Clean your mouth with warm water and tongue scraper.

Expect to lose 7 lbs in a week. You did not say how tall are you and how much do you weigh.
